1. Acceptance of Terms

5.4 Bonus Forfeiture

Detection of prohibited activities may result in immediate account closure without refund of balances, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities, and legal action to recover damages incurred by ph880.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, software, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, video, audio, code, and materials available on or through ph880 Services (collectively, "Intellectual Property") are owned by or licensed to ph880 and protected by Philippine and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE PHILIPPINE LAW, ph880, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, PARTNERS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ph880 SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Damages resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or system downtime;
• Losses due to unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to maintain security;
• Damages arising from third-party payment processor failures or delays;

• Damages caused by software errors, bugs, or malfunctions not attributable to ph880's willful misconduct;
• Losses resulting from reliance on information or content provided through ph880 Services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ph880's TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU DEPOSITED INTO YOUR ph880 ACCOUNT DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIVE THOUSAND PHILIPPINE PESOS (PHP 5,000), WHICHEVER IS LESS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, ph880's liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination & Account Closure

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph880 customer support. Upon voluntary closure, you must withdraw any remaining account balance subject to verification of identity and completion of wagering requirements for active bonuses. 10.2 ph880's Right to Terminate
